Just download Microsoft Window Media Player 10 or 11 and then install it. It contains tools for converting from one audio format to another (cda, mp3, wma). It also has a built-in burner for burning your audio files into CD.
You might be referring to free music download sites where you can download mp3 music files. You will find mostly pay-sites for this (copyright restrictions). But if you want to download free mp3 music, you can install Limewire. Then you can share music files with other users.

I heard all allofmp3.com but they don’t accept visa only mastercard…it’s like less than $2.00 a cd…and legal since it’s out of russia or something

Well, like you said - allofmp3.com is the cheapest, but no one’s completely sure whether it’s legal or not. They’re based in Russia, I believe and seem to get away with selling mp3 songs at dirt cheap because the RIAA can’t get to them there and Russia’s laws are loose or vague.
After them, eMusic is fairly priced and you can get unprotected mp3s from them. Then $0.99 a song is pretty much industry standard, but whatever you buy is DRM protected. There’s nothing as cheap (even close) to allofmp3.com.
I like trance music and techno all sorts of electronic dance music, but I don’t know where I can find the good songs. (other than puroeuro)

I have Kazaa and I have all the songs that i wanted the only bad thing is you can’t burn the songs to cd’s just pick the free download and you can start downloading when the software is to your computer
