I’m getting an Ipod soon, and i don’t have that much money for songs so i was wondering what are some really good free music download sites, that have good sound quality? Also is limewire any good?

use torrents…. I mean getting free music anywhere is going to be illegal pretty much. But the chances of you getting caught is slim to none. And torrent sites are technically sharing. Soo like i said download a torrent download find a torrent site you like and that is free. open the torrent downloader i use utorrent and click on your torrent and hit download. if you dont want to download music illegally because of like morals or something well your out of luck.
Not to long ago, about 4 days ago. there was a blue advertisement for $10 free music download. can someone tell me what the site was called?
Don’t just look for free downloads, they’re often stuffed with viruses that can harm your pc - you are much better off going for something like http://www.legal5ounds.com - guaranteed 100% virus free and its so cheap, songs are only 9¢ each so you can get a whole album for under $1 - you even Us get to download the current US top 40 for free!

There are many ways to get free music. It all depends on how you want to get it. You can use something that is illegal, such as Limewire or Frostwire, and other illegal programs like that which have viruses. But if you want to get free music legally, with no viruses, no surveys, nothing that can harm your computer in any way, then I suggest you go to the site that I go to for free music. All you have to do is get points by using their search engine. And when you have enough you can do two things with the points. You can either get an iTunes card to get the music or you can use the points on an Amazon card. This will definitely take some time, but it is worth the wait, since it only takes a few minutes a day.

Please do not use LimeWire. It gives extremely harmful viruses.
Instead I recommend torrenting. Download a BitTorrent client (µTorrent works nicely). Then, go on to a torrent search engine website (http://www.thepiratebay.org is the best), and find the file you want (e.g: movies, music, audiobooks, etc). Download the .torrent file. Then, open the .torrent file with µTorrent. Once µTorrent is open, a box should appear with all the files in the .torrent file. Select the files you want, and click "ok". Then, just let the program download it for you. If you are experiencing speed difficulties, visit http://www.portforward.com for help.
It would also be a good idea to see where the downloaded files are being placed. Right-click on the file and select "Open Containing Folder." It should take you straight to the folder with the downloads.
The good thing about http://www.thepiratebay.org is that they virus scan each torrent before they publish it. This way it’s virus free =)

Yes ISnt it surprising HOW much stuff on the internet is supposedly free. Then they get your email address off you and then and only then you find out that you indeed have to pay.
They all a bunch of rip offs. Theres none of them free for real from the experience Iv had. But Im lucky enough to have a pal who has access to a site that they pay for with unlimited access, and he gets me the occasional stuff, But I dont like to take the mick and ask for too much.
